How is my parcel sent?
Within Australia all items are sent via Australia Post. Standard Postage, Express Postage or signature on delivery (on both options) is available at checkout. Free post offer is via Standard Post. The postage price includes packaging of your Marbelle Design items, a post box or satchel and tracking.
Is my parcel tracked within Australia?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been scanned by Australia Post. This email will contain your tracking information (for Australian customers only). Marbelle Design will not be held responsible for lost items once handed over to Australia Post. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
If your parcel is returned to Marbelle Design because it has not been collected from an Australia Post depot/mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for postage for the parcel to be resent. We are not responsibly for parcels that are not collected.
What if my postal details on Paypal are incorrect?
If you do not provide your correct address on your Paypal information and a parcel is returned to sender you will be charged to send the parcel to the correct address. Please make sure the postal information is correct to avoid paying extra postage. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the address section is filled out correctly.
How long will it take to receive my items?
For your order to be processed, packed and posted please allow up to 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Standard post by Australia Post is 2 to 20 days (as per the Australian Post website). We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package. Express Postage does not speed up processing time, it will only result in a faster delivery time.
Can I pickup?
Yes. If you are local to Shellharbour please email to organise a CODE to deduct shipping from your order.
Do you post overseas?
Yes. Post is available internationally in the form of Air Mail only (with no tracking). Tracking is available however you will need to email for further information. Marbelle Design will not be held responsible for extra government taxes, charges or duties issued upon arrival into your country. These charges will be additional charges, responsible by the package receiver. We DO NOT send overseas packages marked as 'gift'.
